The discovery of the secret recipe of Caprese Ravioli “hand-made” is a real luxury.
The Pacchiane women, dressed in the historical caprese style, are true experts of the culinary tradition of Anacapri. They will spend 4 hours with our guests in our Ziqu kitchen for a cooking class which has as its objective to accompany them through the gastronomic journey creating the most authentic recipe of the Ravioli Capresi.
Following the course, there will be the tasting of the dishes created during , with the assortment of 3 different types of ravioli, the White lemon, Red tomato and Green zucchini versions.
